What are micro-greens?
They are the beginning phase of of vegetables and edible herbs. Micro-greens are flavour packed and often contain higher levels of concentrated active compounds than found in mature plants.
They are harvested in their youth just as their first true leaves appear. Another Green World has created powerful, nutrient-rich and flavoursome micro-green planters that you can take home to use in soups, stir-fries and curries or use it as a side garnish or zest it up with our salad2go secret sauce. We love fresh produce, that is why at Another Green World we grow our own Micro-greens locally alongside our Free Range Eggs, right here in the City. We exclusively use vegetables from the Fresh Market in Gate Pa as they have the best vegetables in The Bay!

We are local
We are locally based in the Kitchen in the historic No.1 The Strand, which has gained a reputation for fine innovative cuisine and amazing functions.
By day, the lower floor and conservatory is reception and function area for Sun Media. Dazz Switalla, one of Tauranga's leading chefs has created a range of a range of fresh salads and micro-green mixtures to uplift your taste buds and make your day.
Our goal is to embrace our name and keep our carbon footprint
low locally. We will deliver your order by bicycle and foot, where possible use cardboard and corn fibre packaging, use organic produce and free range eggs and give you plenty of gluten free options.
We may not save the planet but we are here to give you a healthy lunch option.
